2003 has marked our conversion into a joint stock company and the incorporation of a parent company under the name of BGI Global to manage many subsidiaries, with BGI S.A.E as one of its leading arms.
UAE was our destination for expanding BGI’s operations in 2016 by setting up BGIS (Business Group for Industrial Services) as a part of a promising expansion plan, targeting other potential markets in the future. BGIS has been driven to achieve effective progress since then, evolving into a modern corporate entity aligned with the local and global best practices. With the inauguration of BGIS in UAE, BGI S.A.E. underwent another phase of rebranding. We now share the same title with our sister company in UAE. We are BGIS in Egypt as well.
At BGIS, we focus on building stable international relations to create additional knowledge and value to our clients by virtue of our vast information platform of suppliers’ competences worldwide. BGIS’ main priority is to continuously improve its business performance, ensuring long-term profitability for its partners. We analyse, monitor, and scrutinise the proven industry trends to learn best practices and upgrade our knowledge of all the possibilities that can benefit our clients.
BGIS aims to be the top choice for all parties involved. Our dynamic team creates competitive advantages for our customers, helping them excel in their businesses and reach new heights. We generate increasing demand for suppliers and offer insider perspectives to guide business decision-making. Additionally, we rely on the latest research and authoritative studies to thoroughly analyze every issue until we find the most convenient solution for each client.
We follow the best practices as well as the world’s highest business representation standards throughout the entire internal PO process, from receiving the client request to collecting invoice.
Step 1: We pay frequent visits and conduct intensive meetings to understand the client’s needs. Our team builds a strong network with materials, operation and project management departments.
Step 2: We take the necessary actions to register our principals at the clients’ vendor lists department.
Step 3: Based on that, we receive an invitation to tender (ITT) and a request for quotation (RFQ) within the client’s scope. We take it from there and follow up with both our clients and global partners.
Step 4: After the receipt of the tender, we review the tender document and make sure that our offerings comply with the terms and specs.
Step 5: During the preparation of the offers, we gather market insights and information and we go the extra mile to ensure that our business partners have the upper hand in each and every aspect.
Step 6: Backed by our strong business network, we go through some negotiations with our principals and clients for the sake of taking advantage of competitive market prices.
Step 7: During the evaluation stage, we coordinate and follow up with the client in regard to the status of our proposals’ positions and the progress of the project.
Step 8: After the awarding, our order processing takes the lead. The key person follows up with our principals to prepare the required documents for the performance letter of Guarantee and make sure that clients receive all the package material and shipping docs. We also make certain the supplier receives the full payments and intervene to solve issues related to the P.O and give advice to clients and suppliers.
